Silver medal at the world final of the Concours International du Chocolat in November 2019 in Italy and Gold medal at the Canadian leg of the same competition. The "jaguar" cocoa bean used in this recipe is a distinctive white cocoa bean, originally grown in forest gardens in Mexico that were home to jaguars. Spooned straight from the jar, on toast or in your own gourmet creations, you're spoilt for choice.
