This product is done in a completely vegan installation and Gluten-free where other products containing soy, sesame seeds and nuts are made.
Preparation Modes
Thaw first immerse it in hot water, 10 minutes. Or defrost by placing the pouch in the refrigerator 4 hours before use. Cooker:Pour the entire contents of the defrost pouch in a pan with medium heat with a little oil and come back for 5 minutes. In a Chile or with pasta:pour the entire contents of the defrost pouch directly into your Chile or tomato sauce. Once the marmite boiling, cover, lower the fire to medium, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Oven Toaster or conventional:Pour the entire contents of the defrost pouch on a cooktop with parchment paper.
