Vitamin D is a liposoluble vitamin especially known for its protective effects on the bones. Vitamin D serves to increase bone mass and avoid loss, protect against muscle weakness and strengthen teeth. It is also used to prevent postmenopausal rickets and osteoporosis. It is interesting to note that very few foods naturally contain vitamin D. Among these, there are eggs of chickens nourished with vitamin D and fat fish such as herring, mackerel, sardine and tuna. Our daily sun's exhibition gives us most of our vitamin D, which we store in our body fat until we need it. It is effective in preventing bone conditions and muscles such as osteoporosis (bone mass reduction) and osteomalacia (softening of bones).

Recommended dosage:

Adults, take two drops (0.08 ml) per day or according to the opinion of a health professional.

Medicinal Ingredients by (0.04 ml):

Vitamin D3 (500 U.i.) ......... 12.5 mcg (cholecalciferol)

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Medium chain triglycerides (coconut oil and palmist). Does not contain yeast, starch, wheat, soy, gluten, dairy products, sugar, corn, artificial dyes or conservation agents.
