Natural Factors R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid provides a highly stable, enhanced R-form of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) that helps support healthy glucose metabolism. Both water- and fat-soluble, ALA works throughout the body's cells and tissues as an antioxidant to help maintain good health.
