Wakame Koyo is native to the Sea of ​​Japan. This algae is harvested at the beginning of spring, washed and dried in the sun according to the traditional Japanese method. Rich in magnesium, the Wakame is also a good source of fiber and potassium.

Instructions for use

Soak the Wakame Koyo in warm water for 15 minutes and cut it into small pieces. Use it in your Miso soup, salads and even in your sautéed dishes!
