Recommended dosage (adults):

2 teaspoons, 3-4 times a day. Infuse 2 teaspoons in 150 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes, filter.

Medicinal ingredient by tea spoon:

1 g Dried leaves of Ocimum Tightiflorum L. (sacred basil).

Precautions / Warnings:
