Made from Menghai Sheng Tai Pu'er, grown at an altitude of 800 meters in the Xishuangbanna region, this creation combines hot and cold extractions inspired by the mizudashi method, enriched by an infusion of oak chips. This process reveals a remarkable balance between tension, density, and elegance, in a composition that is woody, musky, and umami.

Color: Slightly cloudy antique gold with patinated bronze highlights, fluid and dense texture.

Nose: Musky and earthy aromas with notes of incense, dried figs, and old wood.

Palate: A subtle tension gives way to deep notes of damp earth and noble wood, enhanced by umami accents of shiitake and white miso. The texture gradually rounds out to reveal a long, enveloping finish marked by ripe cherry and a touch of golden honey.

Taste: Woody, mushroomy, and musky, with balanced acidity and a stable, linear texture.
