Boldo

The Boldo is recognized for its benefits in the facilitation of intestinal transit and liver function (biliary bladder in particular). It is used in cases of dyspepsia, hepatic disorders and urinary affections (cystitis, urinary tract).

Recommended dosage (adults):

1 tablespoon (3 g) a day, in infusion. Infuse in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes, filter.

Medicinal ingredient by tablespoon:

3 g Dried leaf from Peramus Boldus Molina (Boldo).

Duration of use:

Consult a health care practitioner if the use extends beyond 4 weeks.

Precautions / Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsens; Before making it use if you have liver or kidney disorders.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
