Busserole (UVA Ursi)

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a light diuretic to help relieve the symptoms associated with minor urinary tract infections, such as burning sensation and / or frequent urination.

Recommended dosage (adult):

½ teaspoon, 2 to 3 times a day, in infusion. Infuse ½ teaspoon in 150 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes, filter. Take a few hours before or after any other medicine or natural health product. Do not take with acid food (eg citrus and citrus juices) or drugs that can acidify the urine.

Medicinal ingredient by ½ teaspoon:

0.8 g Dried leaf of Arctostaphylos UVA URSI (Boneless).

Duration of use:

For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond a week. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
