That's it. You will know Ceylon by its complex but nuanced flavor. Ours is spicy in the true sense of the word - but, with its oil content from 1 to 1.6%, the flavor is soft and delicate. Comfortably hot, not hot. Fruity, almost cinnamon, floral and similar to nectar, but only slightly sweet. It's also complex. its aroma is equally distinctive, with floral and citrus notes completing hot and spicy notes. No GMOs. No ETO (considered carcinogenic by EPA). No irradiated. Organic certified by QAI. Certified kosher by KSA. So good, it was elected "Best" Cinnamon de Ceylon by Epicurious in 2018.
