Culinary use

Be ready to get creative! Add it to your morning routine and sprinkle it on your favourite oatmeal, cereals or smoothies. Use it also as a cooking and baking ingredients. Note that it is best to consume flax when freshly ground to better assimilate its benefits.

This chia and flax blend can even be used as a substitute for eggs. How it works: grind the seeds blend and mix 1 tbsp. with 3 tbsp. of water, let's stand for a few minutes before using. Simple and delicious.

We offers in-store pick-up. This service is fast and free. Pick-ups are prepared Monday through Friday and you can pick it up anytime during our business hours once it’s ready.
