This tropical, melt-in-your-mouth, Whole30-approved treat is packed with fiber, protein, and nourishing fats. Made from desiccated coconut meat, this keto and paleo spread is incredibly tasty and coconutty! It's the ideal "everything" dairy-free spread that can replace cream, cream cheese and butter. You can also use it in smoothies, sauces, salad dressings, desserts and baked goods. Eat it by the spoonful, spread it or use it as a garnish to add unforgettable flavor to all your foods. Stir before use. The oil in coconut manna tends to separate upwards. To liquefy and mix, place jar in hot water for 5-10 minutes and stir - longer in cold weather. Please do not microwave. All brown spots are natural to coconut.
