Citrus Supreme is a synergistic blend of our citrus essential oils. The freshness of orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime essential oils combined provide a delicate, refreshing scent. Ideal for creating a relaxing mood.

 The Citrus Supreme essential oils synergy is used in aromatherapy for relieving symptoms associated to mild anxiety, nervousness and insomnia.

 Add a few drops in a diffuser, in a bath by diluting them with any unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath…) It can also be used for massage therapy by diluting with one of our carrier & beauty oil. Important: Read posology below.

Use

The supreme citrus essential oil formula is used in aromatherapy for its sedative action to relieve symptoms related to light anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. 

Posology

Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage: Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.

For external and occasional use only. Do not use orally. Do not use undiluted essential oil. Keep out of reach of children.
