Natural Factors Heartburn Chewables contain a synergistic blend of amla, deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL) root, and slippery elm to help relieve minor inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, abdominal discomfort, and burning sensations in the stomach. These three medicinal herbs have been clinically studied for their soothing and protective effects on the gastrointestinal tract and its mucous membranes. Simply chew one tablet 20 minutes before meals or between meals, three times daily.

Recommended dose (adults): Chew 1 tablet 3 times daily, between meals or 20 minutes before meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
