Today traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve minor digestive disorders such as flatulence (gas).

Recommended dosage (adult):

1.5 g (a tablespoon), 1 to 3 times a day in infusion. Infuse 1.5 g in 150 ml of boiling water in a covered container and filter after 10 minutes.

Medicinal Ingredients by 1.5 g:

140 mg Citrus Aurantium Leaf (bitter orange), 230 mg Citratus Cymbopogogon Sheet (odorous lemongrass), 140 mg glycyrrhiza root Glabra (licorice), 520 mg Mentha Piperita leaf (peppermint), 90 mg Pimpinella Anisum seed ( ANIS), 90 mg Salvia Leaf Officinalis (Sage), 280 mg Lippia Leaf Citridiora (odorous verbena).

Duration of use:

For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
