Dimethylglycine is a derivative of glycine, a non-essential amino acid. N,N-dimethylglycine (DMG) is a methylated amino acid present in all cells, and is part of the biochemical pathway for the synthesis of glycine, a major constituent of proteins and other organic molecules. The human body produces and metabolizes DMG during cellular respiration. Each capsule contains 125 mg of DMG, which helps support muscle recovery and maintain healthy immune function.

Directions for use:
