Psyllium Husks - Organic

Psyllium is one of the highest and most appreciated sources of food fiber. It has been used for centuries to help relieve constipation, ulcers and colitis, as well as to facilitate intestinal transit. It has also been shown that psyllium helps maintain a healthy cholesterol level. Psyllium allows you to easily increase your consumption of dietary fiber due to its high mucilage content. The initial size of this swelling agent increases considerably when liquid is added. It promotes healthy gastrointestinal transit. This swelling and healthy gastrointestinal transit play an important role in maintaining intestinal health. Two table spoons bring 8 grams of fiber.

Usage:

Mix 1 tbsp. Table (5 g) twice daily with 270 ml of water or juice. Mix vigorously and drink. Consume enough fluid throughout the day.
