Eucalyptus Blue Gum essential oil is used in aromatherapy to soothe respiratory discomfort.

 Originally from Australia, Eucalyptus - Blue Gum  is widely present today in Europe, Africa and America. It can reach heights ranging from 30 to 55 m. The essential oil of Eucalyptus - Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.

Dosage

Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.
