This white flour is produced part of organic spelled grain grown in Quebec in the Lanaudière region. The spelled is a grain that holds a rich flavor and a larger nutritional value than standard wheat. This flour can be used in the making of most of your bakery products. The use of non-white biological spelled white flour is recommended for: chopsticks, cookies, pancakes, cake, waffles, muffins, breads, paste and pie dough .

Conservation:

The white flour of non-bleached spelled organic is preserved for about 365 to 547 days. It is ideal to keep the flour in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and sheltered from light or freezer.
