Whole wheat flour with organic pastry

This flour is produced from organic winter wheat. Ground with stone grinding, its rather weak gluten makes it more suitable for pastry. This flour will absorb more liquid than a white flour undeveloped with pastry. Recommended for cookies, pancakes, cake, waffles, muffins and tart paste .

Conservation:

Organic entire flour can be preserved for about 270 to 365 days. It is ideal to keep the flour in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and sheltered from light or freezer.
Milanese is a family business. All the grains used come from farms in organic culture, that is, using only composts, green fertilizers and healthy crop rotations to maintain a high fertility of soils. The flours are freshly ground on grinding wheels to preserve all quality and nutritional value.
