Herbal tea - Sweet Fennel

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a expectorant to help relieve cold cough, digestive disorders including bloating and flatulence and to help relieve menstrual pain.

Recommended dosage (4 years and over):

½ teaspoon (1.5 g), 3 times a day, in infusion. (Infuse ½ teaspoon crushed seeds in 1 cup of boiling water and infuse for 15 minutes, filter).

Medicinal ingredient by ½ teaspoon:

1.5 g dried seed of foeniculum vulgare var. Dulce (soft fennel).

Duration of use:

Children and adolescents 4 to 12 years old:Consult a health care practitioner if the use is prolonged beyond 1 week Adults and adolescents 13 years and over:consult a health care practitioner if the use extends beyond 2 weeks.

Precautions / Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsens; Before making it use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
