Organic Adzuki beans

Small and red, biological Adzuki beans are mainly used in sweet dishes as well as pulp of legume.

Cooking:

Rinse and soak for approximately 8 hours. Bring to a boil 750 ml (3 cups) of water for 250 ml (1 cup) of beans and simmer about 45 minutes or until the beans are tender. Add water as needed during cooking.
