The fig tree barbaris is from Mexico, but it is now found abundantly on the Mediterranean periphery. It produces an edible fruit called the fig of barbarism. The oil is extracted from the seeds of this fruit, in very small quantities which makes it a very precious and rare oil. Its high concentration of vitamin E makes it a powerful antioxidant and is greatly recognized for its anti-aging and protective properties.

Use:

Barbary fig oil is anti-aging and antioxidant. Light, fluid, very penetrating, it does not leave a fat movie. It protects against skin aging and dehydration caused by exposure to exterior elements (sun, wind, etc.). It prevents cutaneous aging, dehydration and promotes the natural process of skin repair. Its tensor effect is appreciated to restore tone to the skin, since it effectively feeds and softens the skin tissue.
