The flakes are perfect for lunch or to add texture to your muffins or cookies. The biological fast oats flakes are stabilized by neutralizing the enzyme that triggers the rancidity. Fast oat flakes are preparing by simmering over low heat (3-5 min) 2 parts of water for a part of flakes.Conservation:

Delivery service provided by Canada Post, Nationex or LivRapide.
