Organic Regular Oat Flakes
At lunch, a touch of oat flakes on a yogurt adds a wonderful texture. You can also add our oat flakes in muffins, cookies, pancakes and bread. These are stabilized by neutralizing the enzyme that triggers the rancidity. The use of flakes is ideal for: cookies, pancakes, muffins and breads . Available formats:500 g.Cooking:
Wear at low boil 2 parts of water for 1 part of flakes, reduce on low heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.Conservation:
The flakes are preserved for about 180 to 270 days. It is ideal to keep the flakes in a sealed container in a cool, dry place and protected from light.Delivery service provided by Canada Post, Nationex or LivRapide.
We pay up to $10 (taxes included) in delivery fees for each order. If additional delivery charges apply, you will have the choice of modifying your order or paying the additional charge.
We offers in-store pick-up. This service is fast and free. Pick-ups are prepared Monday through Friday and you can pick it up anytime during our business hours once it’s ready.
