Fruit and nut cake

A fruit cake so aromatic, fruity and hazelnut you will not want to miss it! Our fruit cake does not look like any other, we use true rum to soak an abundance of almonds, hazelnuts and fruits, such as figs and dates, pears, apples and plums. We then add a touch of honey for the sweetness and bake for perfection with healthy and organic spelled flour cultivated in Ontario, which we love for its hazelnut flavor and health benefits. Full of flavor, but not too sweet, it goes well with cheese!

Ingredients:

Dry raisins *, apples, apricots, prunes, figs, pears, dates, almonds, hazelnuts, lemon and orange bark, spelled flour *, rye flour *, honey, rum, yeast, sea salt. * Organic ingredients. contains gluten, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts). can contain nuts, soy and sesame seeds.
