Natural Factors Chewable Ginger contains a 25:1 ginger extract that helps prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness and post-operative nausea. Ginger root is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia, and flatulent colic. Each chewable tablet provides the equivalent of 500 mg of ginger and is naturally sweetened with xylitol and stevia. This non-drowsy formula is sugar-free, non-GMO, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended dose (adults): Chew 2 tablets daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

For nausea: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel, then every 4 hours as needed.

For post-operative nausea: Take the dose 1 hour before surgery, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

For menstrual pain/cramps (adults): Chew 3 tablets daily, beginning 2 days before menstruation and continuing through days 1–3 of menstruation, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Each chewable tablet contains: Ginger extract 25:1 (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) 20 mg (equivalent to 500 mg of ginger), gingerols (5%) 1 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients

Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid, Stevia rebaudiana leaf, microcrystalline cellulose, xylitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose (hyprolose).
