Ginger Organic

Originally from Eastern Indies, the Gingi region more exactly (hence its name), ginger is a perennial plant herbaceous about 1 meter high. The use of ginger has been traced in Asia for about three millennia. Its essential oil is obtained by distillation of its root.

Use:

Ginger essential oil is used in aromatherapy as carminative and antispasmodic for the symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort as well as to help relieve cold and cough.

DOSAGE:

topical (adults):mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation :Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.

Warning:

For external and occasional use only. Do not use orally. Do not use undiluted essential oil. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, request emergency medical care or call an antipoison center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before using this product. Can cause an allergic reaction (eg rashes, irritation and dermatitis and / or irritation of the respiratory tract); If necessary, cease use and consult a health care practitioner.
