They are thus named because they are almost always served with sushi or sashimis (raw fish). Ginger can be served at any time as a digestive help and supplement with meals, especially those with fish. It stimulates appetite, invigorates taste buds and facilitates digestion. Because they are ready to be consumed directly from the packaging. The mitoku sushi ginger is not sweet and its color is naturally derived from the red shiso leaves (PERILLA Grass).
