Hao Ling (PU-ERH Tea)

Fair Trade Hao Ling is a very rare organic pu-erh tea from the province of Yunnan in China. It is grown in the region of the "six mountains of tea", according to the traditional Chinese method that gives it its fine and subtle taste.

Tea offers many virtues, especially to control the rate of bad cholesterol, as well as for digestion. It will help you find a feeling of lightness after meals.

A study made it possible to evaluate the beneficent effects of Hao Ling tea on the accumulation of lipids. Led in 2016, it confirms these results by demonstrating that regular tea consumption increases lipid cardioprotective factors.

The tea contributes to good cardiovascular functioning. It is an effective ally in addition to a varied and balanced diet to better control its cholesterol levels and ensure good lipid metabolism. It also turns out to be a valuable help to control its weight while improving its intestinal comfort.
