Our grenoble nut oil recalls the smell of grilled bread. Its taste is fine, fruity with wish, characteristic of the walnut of Grenoble. The nuts, picked in the fall, patiently await in the refrigerator when the master oilsee will reduce them in dough on the stone wheel and will pass the poislette to grill it just what it takes. The ultimate step is to squeeze the dough to harvest a sublime oil. No GMO, our Périgord nut oil provides a good contribution to omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids. Did you know? It takes nearly 2 kg of nuts to produce a liter of oil. Each 250 ml bottle therefore contains the equivalent of 500 g of nuts.
