This beautiful excuse is made from Mavrolïa black olives, picked when young and ripe towards the end of October and pressed on the same day. Thanks to its climate and rich soil, the Trifilia region produces exceptional olives that yield an oil with a distinctive flavor and less than 0.3% acidity. This unfiltered oil is left to settle naturally for two months, which removes any residue that could be harmful when cooking. LA BELLE EXCUSE offers you an extra virgin black olive oil worthy of a grand cru, which lends itself to many uses.

Green in color with golden highlights, it has a mild, floral taste with a hint of ripe fruit and a peppery finish.
