This beautiful excuse is made from Koroneiki green olives, picked when young and ripe towards the end of November and pressed on the same day. Thanks to its climate and rich soil, the Trifilia region produces exceptional olives that yield an oil with a distinctive flavor and less than 0.3% acidity. This unfiltered oil is left to settle naturally for two months, which removes any residue that could be harmful when cooking. LA BELLE EXCUSE offers you an extra virgin green olive oil worthy of a grand cru, which lends itself to many uses.

Green in color with golden highlights, clear and strong aromas of olive and greenery, and a slightly peppery taste.

It's all about taste! This Belle Excuse will be enjoyable both in cooking and tasting, enhancing and complementing fish, grilled meats, salads, pasta, vegetables, and stir-fries.
