Our extra organic delicate virgin olive oil knows how to please the most capricious palaces with its buttered taste lightly reminiscent mint and green banana. It arouses pleasant reactions to the nose as in the mouth with its dominant green almond feature. She is wonderful in a homemade mayonnaise and pesto. No GMO, our olive oil is naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acids, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants. Did you know? The color of an olive oil depends on its level of oxidation and the chosen olive variety.
