The recipe:50% apple, 50% green vegetables.

Even though this juice is sweeter than our expert green juice, it still represents an excellent source of vitamin A and a good source of vitamin C. Vitamin A because it helps to have a beautiful skin, supports the functions of the immune system and more. Vitamin C Because it contributes to the metabolism of energy, helps build bones, teeth and gums healthy, and more.
