Multigraine Flour, this Biological Muffin Mix of Moulin Abénakis offers you the opportunity to prepare a delicious health dessert. The grains used in the preparation did not undergo any chemical treatment during their transformation and are exempt from additives.

Ingredients:

Tumble wheat flour, gilded sugar, wheat cream, 5 grain mix (rye, barley, millet, sunflower, buckwheat), dough powder, sea salt.

Preparation mode

Ingredients to add:

• 1 cup of soybean drink or cow's milk
• 3/4 cup of apple compotes
• fruits or nuts to choose from

Mix the mixture for muffin with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into muffin mussels and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
