With a recipe including wheat sound, this Organic Muffin mixture of Moulin Abénakis offers you the opportunity to prepare a delicious health dessert. The grains used in the preparation did not undergo any chemical treatment during their transformation and are exempt from additives.

Preparation mode

Ingredients to add:

  • 1 cup of soybean beverage or other at
  • 3/4 cup of apple compotes or other puree
  • Fruits or walnuts (optional)
Mix the muffin preparation with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased muffin mussels and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
