Organic holest millet

Small golden cereal, the husked millet can be used instead of rice. It contains about seven times more fiber. It is great for making salads or pans.

Cooking:

Put 250 ml (1 cup) of millet shelled in 500 ml (2 cup) of water and cook over low heat approximately 20 minutes.

Conservation:

The organic husky millet is preserved for about 730 days. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place and sheltered from light.
