There is nothing else from similar on the market today. We take whole mustard seeds cultivated in Canada and make them germinate in cool and clean water of Guelph. Then we add biological apple cider vinegar, gilded curcuma and puree to obtain a smooth consistency. A good way to compare this mustard to a long-storage mustard manufactured industrially is to compare a good cheddar with slices of molten cheese. Two similar but very different products. The living mustard is excellent with everything that loves mustard on it, even fries! And as always, made with 100% pure himalayas pink salt.- fermented in the wild
