Ideal for baths or in the bathtub to promote relaxation. It is widely used in cosmetics to make relaxing baths, exfoliating treatments or soothe skin inflammated skin. Epsom salt is also useful in case of fatigue, difficulty of falling asleep, stress, muscle or joint pain.Use:
For a full bath:Dissolve 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt in a hot bath. For a foot bath:dissolve 1/2 cup in 4 liters of water.Ingredients:
Magnesium sulphate USP.- Anti-inflammatoire.
- Calmant, relaxant.
- Détoxifiant, purifiant.
- Exfoliant.
- Vasodilatateur.
- Antifongique.
