This very popular bread contains 7 different cereals:wheat, linen, sunflower, rye, sesame, oats, and barley. This variety provides a wider spectrum of nutritional values.

The flax seeds are sprouting in our poolish before cooking. We offers in-store pick-up. This service is fast and free. Pick-ups are prepared Monday through Friday and you can pick it up anytime during our business hours once it’s ready.
