• cook sweet vapor potatoes about 5 minutes. Place in a mixer and reduce puree until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth and mix until homogeneity. Transfer to a saucepan. Add 1 1/2 cup of broth, 1/2 cup milk and 3/4 teaspoon of cari powder. Bring to a boil, drop and simmer 15 minutes. Pour into bowls and garnish with a spoonful of yogurt.
