plaster and cataplasm :apply the clay directly to the skin in a layer of a thickness of 1 to 2 cm, let act 1 to 2 hours max. Or apply the clay with a fine cloth. Remove to the center of the linen the clay dough over 2 cm thick, fold the 4 corners of the laundry and apply this plaster directly on the desired location. In both cases remove the maximum clay and rinse with lukewarm water.
Face Mask: Apply to thick layer, let act 10 min. The clay comes to life in contact with water:to preserve its virtues, humidify it as much as necessary. Rinse with lukewarm water.
