Biological chickpeas

Chickpeas are dried legumes. For best results, soak chickpeas during the night, then boil for about an hour (or until tender). They have a slightly hazel flavor and a tender texture once cooked. Cooked chickpeas can be added to a variety of tasty dishes, such as soups, salads, stews, houmous, etc. - Certified Cosher - Gluten-Free Certified - Vegan - Excellent source of protein, iron, fiber and calcium - good source of complex carbohydrates - without sodium or cholesterol.

Ingredient:

Biological chickpeas. Not suitable for food for allergic people with peanuts, wheat, milk, nuts, sesame, soy and sulphites.

Preparation:

Dip 1 cup of chickpeas in 5 cups of water for 12h. Drain. Bring 5 cups of fresh water, then add chickpeas. Reduce fire and simmer 45 minutes or until the desired tenderness. Give about 2 1/2 cups.
