Protect Qi Cha tea is composed exclusively of the silver buds and the first leaves of the rod picked up in the spring before the first rays of the sun had disappeared their white down. Then the leaves are dried and prepared according to the traditional Chinese methods to obtain a crystalline beverage, with fresh and flowery notes.
