Recommended dose:
For IBS and diarrhea (adults): Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 mL of water, 1–2 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For constipation, bowel regularity, and glycemic index (adults): Mix 1 scoop (5 g) or 2 scoops (10 g) with 250 mL of water daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For IBS and diarrhea (children over 8 years): Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 mL of water daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For constipation, bowel regularity, and glycemic index (children 12–16 years): Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250 mL of water daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
