Long organic brown rice

Long brown rice, also called full rice, is not really brown but rather beige color. It is a whole rice that he has retained his outer layer, called his, rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. Its flavor is more pronounced than that of white rice.

Cooking

  • Rinse rice with cold water.
  • Bring to boil 500 ml (2 cups) of saltwater and add 250 ml (1 cup) rice.
  • simmer approximately 30 to 40 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed.
Remove from heat and let rest about 5 minutes.
