Fortunately, we can now enjoy this healthy rice! Once cooked, the black rice has a hazelnut and creamy flavor, and is transformed with a rich and satin black to a deep purple color. Preparation:

Black rice cooked in less than 25 minutes and in a traditional ratio of 2:1; 2 cups of liquid for 1 cup of rice.
