Celtic Sea Salt® Fleur de l'Océan® is a natural phenomenon found in saltworks in unspoilt coastal regions. Only when weather conditions are favorable do these delicate little crystals form naturally on the surface of the brine. Look closely at this naturally white salt and you'll notice a pink tinge that testifies to its value.

Fleur de l'Océan® has an elegant, complex and delicate flavor, with a hint of sweetness. Most people keep it as a finishing salt (sprinkled over dishes just before serving), but it can also be used in cooking or ground for baking. Fleur de l'Océan® also makes an excellent margarita salt. This fleur de sel is a certified gourmet kosher sea salt.
