The BBQ Joe Beef sauce has a smoked and slightly sweet taste. Not too spicy, it finds a perfect balance between flavors of apple, mustard, tomato and molasses. It is made exclusively with natural ingredients, without preservatives. To achieve the perfect wedding of the flavors, the BBQ Joe Beef sauce is slowly cooked for at least three hours. The ingredients are carefully selected. Apples and tomatoes of Quebec matured to perfection, and even liquid smoke to confer this wonderful and authentic taste of barbecue. All Joe Beef sauces are produced by hand, in small batches, depending on the recipe of the restaurant as if they were prepared there. No sauce passes through the doors of the warehouse without having received the Dave and Fred approval seal. Try it on your ribs of beef or pork.

Crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, molasses, apple juice, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, spices, liquid smoke.
